How the Coconut Lady got started
Before the coconuts, she was a trained chef. She did live cooking shows and food competitions all over the country, and along the way she learned that the best food moments are really about bringing people together. 👩🍳
Then, traveling abroad, she had a coconut the way it's meant to be had: cracked open on the spot, ice-cold, and pure refreshment straight from nature. That gave her the idea. 💡
Back home on Anna Maria Island she started serving fresh coconuts on the beach, and that little beachside idea grew into Surfing Coconut, a female-owned business that now brings coconuts to weddings, festivals and parties wherever they are. 🏝️
